My kitten is cute and I'm content (for now)

Ailin is very cute lol. He's been cuddly as. Louise came over to catch up and stuff, she got some bananas (om nom nom) because apparently I need to eat more fruit (I knew this but it was still nice of her). She also got a little can of fancy feast for Ailin. He loved it and has been very friendly and cuddly ever since I gave it to him. Happy kitten. 
Laura came over. It was better than expected, though it often is where she's concerned. I walked to pick her up, then we walked back to what is now just my place. First thing she did was lay on her old bed. I said she should take her shoes off, so she did, and then went to lay on my bed.
So we lay there teasing each other and being bums for a while. It was fun. She got a text saying her dinner was soon, so I offered to drive her home so she could stay a bit longer. She didn't object.
I enjoyed hanging out with her. I really, really did. And being mildly snuggly was nice too.
She says she hasn't decided on anything yet. She's just going to wait and see what happens. I know that when she's with me, she likes me, but I also know she gets bored of me if she sees me too much. So I'm happy to wait and see what happens too. So long as she visits once a week or so, this should work out nicely for now.
Speaking of working out, I managed nearly 10,000 steps today! Before you think, "woah that's huge!", it's actually recommended that you take at least 10,000 steps a day - it's roughly equivalent to 30 minutes of moderate exercise. According to my phone, which has a pedometer function, I took 9868 steps today. Definitely a healthy amount.
I'm going to keep working on getting fit and slender. Because I want Laura to want me, and I want her to want me of her own accord.
She actually said that the guy she's talking to online has longer hair than in his picture (he showed her a more recent one) and he looks girly now. I asked her which she preferred, and she blushed and said the girly one. So I think she still likes girls, and as she said, just wants to try new things.
She's young so I guess I have to accept that.
If I travel the world I'm taking her with me. That will be new and exciting. I hope to be able to afford to one day, all I really need is a job that pays more than minimum wage.
She's home now. But I feel content and happy. Happy enough to just let it be for now. We're broken up, but she still likes me, even if she won't admit it. And I can live with that.
