Yeah, I guess, so you only die once as well.
And when you die, there's so many people left behind, and they're so angry, and so sad, even though they knew you were dying. It doesn't make it any easier to let go, and we all just feel like we should live forever.
But you're gone. You're gone somewhere I'm not and you're never coming back. You don't breathe any longer and you don't smile, you're dead, you're only memories now.
Blayne's funeral is streaming online at 7:00 PM my time. Obviously I'll be watching it.
It's so hard to say goodbye. I didn't want him to die. I wanted him to beat the odds and beat the cancer, go into remission and live a long and fruitful life, but now he's gone, and gone is forever, and I'm sad. The funeral makes it so real and I'm so sad.
Don't die, okay? If you're my friend, don't die. If you can choose to stay alive, then make that choice. I just can't cope with this grief stuff.
