I did 20, does that mean I can do 70? Should I?

"After serious self-harm or a suicide attempt, extra supports as outlined above will not be available for a 24 hour period."

It feels like I'm being punished for my own inability to ask for the help I need, for the fact that oftentimes once I get an idea, I cannot begin to shake the idea until I have acted upon it.

Nobody from my team has contacted me at all today. Admittedly the day is not over yet, but I still feel . . . I feel like everything's out of control and things will only get worse. I saw the DBT co-ordinators at DBT this morning, but they don't know me as well as my team and I doubt they've been told about last night.

I just . . . I just want off this ride but don't quite have the balls to do it.

I think that it is stupid if you're not able to get extra support just because of a serious attempt. Wouldn't that be when you need help the most? You shouldn't be punished for that. You should be given the extra help.

I really hope they do get in contact with you as well, hopefully soon. If not maybe you should call them, even if it's just to let them know that you are interested in talking. You really shouldn't have to go through this alone.

Maybe the fact you "don't quite have the balls to do it" means something. Just maybe?
