I didn't sleep well. I woke up so many times that I can't count them. My new flatmate snores. I just kept waking up. And waking up. And waking up some more.

Then my flatmate got up and had a shower. This wasn't too early, some time between nine and ten, but at that point I just gave up on the whole idea of sleep. It was obvious I wasn't going to get any more.

She left water all over the bathroom floor. Obviously doesn't use a bath mat. And hair, too. I'm not impressed. I'm also not happy. I want to go back to living alone, or living with Sam. I don't want to live with this girl. She's not unclean, she's just a bit messy in ways that irritate me. Oh, they irritate me so. much. Like leaving the remote on the table instead of in front of the TV. Like leaving water on the bench. Or on the bathroom door. Like knocking over the broom whilst visiting the bathroom in the middle of the night. Not once, not twice, but three times.

I give up.
My house has been so clean and so tidy and so nice and so hygienic. But I'm getting the feeling it's not going to be so much like that with her here.
I don't want her here.

Also, the Ministry of Justice rang. I still have $882 worth of fines to pay (I knew it was a lot), and a new one has just been added. That must be the one from . . . September? October? Some time in the middle of last year. At least if I get a job I can pay it off at more than $5 a week.

I just.
NO MORE FLATMATES.
This happens every time I don't know the person, and sometimes even when I do.
Laura was a shit flatmate. John was a shit flatmate. Josh was an alright flatmate but he didn't last long - he went to his partner's. Sam was an amazing flatmate. Sure she had her problems, but if I had an issue with something I could just tell her and if she remembered she'd fix it.
June is . . . so far . . . a frustrating flatmate.

I just don't like people, okay? I need to live alone.

This may be a silly suggestion, but maybe you could try talking to her and seeing if you can work something out?

I think Chess' idea is anything but silly. Talking can help a great deal. You should try it
