Things are about to change.

And I'm not sure how I feel about that.
My new flatmate moves in tomorrow. I've only met her once, and only briefly, so I pretty much have no idea what she's like. I know she's on the med run. I'm hoping she doesn't notice my lack of medication currently. I'm hoping she just keeps to herself and lets me do the same.
I cleaned up the house. Well, I suppose I could still vacuum and a few minor things, but for the large majority of it, the house is my usual standard of clean. So she'll be moving into a clean, welcoming flat.
I started working on my coffee table. It's - well, it could be easier. Basically I only have 4 sizes of nails, a hammer, and a saw available to me to do this with. Turns out, one size nails is too long, and one size is too short. So I'm using the ones that are slightly too long. Not having a vice, or clamps, or a saw horse makes both cutting the wood to size, and nailing it together, something of a mission.
So far I've done the table top. Needs legs, and possibly a small shelf. I'll post a picture of it once it's done, which hopefully will be within a week, but knowing me is more likely to take over a month.
I have a spare mattress in my room. It's making it feel cluttered. If Tristan can't pick it up before the end of this week, then I'm going to ask Mum if I can put it in the storage shed at her place. If not, then I might walk it down to the hospice shop and donate it. God knows I've walked down the street looking stranger than that.
I feel weird. I think because my room feels cluttered, but also because of stuff.
Oh well. We'll see how I cope with all this change. Hopefully will be okay. :/
