Frustration.

Property manager finally visited today, and it seems Sam will be getting her entire bond back, which is good.
On the not so good side, said property manager is pressuring me to move. I told her to wait until Leisa comes back so I can discuss it with her. Luckily, Leisa is back on Monday. Property manager wants me to move into a one-bedroom unit in Papatoetoe. Now, I have nothing against Papatoetoe, but I happen to really like Manurewa, and want to stay here.
Another frustrating thing, she says my tenancy ends at the end of this month. I was sure it was supposed to be for a year, but I've just discovered I don't have a copy of my tenancy agreement so I can't check that.
Why does everything have to happen whilst everybody's on holiday? I am stressing out now - stressing out really badly - and at least until Monday, there's nobody I can talk to about it. And having very literally just been put on fortnightly reporting by probation, I don't want to talk to them and jeopardise that.
Oh! And that's another thing! If I DO move, it has to be cleared by probation, and after I move, they'll put me back on weekly reporting for a while.
This is a mess. The property manager is talking about her "waiting list" and how she could put two people in here instead of just me, but if she has such a long waiting list, then WHY did she put Ted into a 2bdrm on his own? (Ted is one of my neighbours.) And furthermore, if we'd known that they were planning to put Sam into supported accomodation, I probably would have never agreed to a flat with her in the first place, and this lot of stuff wouldn't even be happening. Everybody should have been more open with us. And furthermore, fuck her waiting list. Aside from burning down a recycling bin, I'm a GOOD tenant. I pay my rent and I keep the house very clean.
So frustrated. So stressed. Not even my fault.
