Well, sort of. I feel like my emotions are quite volatile at the moment, but it's all circumstantial stuff. For example, my property manager wanting me to move is stressing me out, and my neighbours had a loud party last night so I was scared that I wouldn't get enough sleep and I'd be late for my job interview. As a result, I had a bunch of those weird surreal dreams which always seem to happen when you're stressed about something you can't do anything about.

I ended up getting up on time though, and my interview went well I think. I don't know yet if I have the job, I shall know by the end of the week. The guy who interviewed me said that there are limited positions and lots of people applying, but I have previous McDonald's experience, and I'm available on weekends, and I don't want too many hours - all things that are in my favour. And even if I don't get the job, for me, just getting as far as an interview was a huge confidence boost.

I finally used the Life Pharmacy vouchers that my grandparents got me for Christmas. I considered adding to my first aid kit (being a self-harmer and accident prone, I have a bunch of bandage-y type things, and I'm out of sticking plasters), I considered pretty smelling things, I considered nail polish, but in the end I got sunscreen and a 2 pack of ChapStick, the kind with sunscreen in it, because I often get dry lips, especially in winter. It's not winter at the moment, but now I'm prepared!

I had some cash left over, because it turned out that I had enough cash on my bus card to pay for both ways, and Mum gave me $10 for public transport last night. So I went to the supermarket, got a 6-pack of Mountain Dew cans, a couple of bags of sour cream and chives chips, and a bag of party mix. The chips are because I discovered that sour cream and chives chips + traditional mayo = mouth orgasm. More or less.

Sam came over this morning to get her drawers and TV, and someone will be coming later today to pick up the bed. My cat is chilling out sleeping a buttload, but that's not unusual for him.

I'm feeling all right about life at the moment. Sure I'm still cutting fairly regularly, but aside from that (and the med collection), I feel quite well, and quite positive - like things could work out all right, even with the pressure to move and suchlike.

I watered the tomatoes, another one has ripened so I've put it in the fridge to have later.
Weather is nice, not too hot, but still gloriously summery.
