Christmas :)

Was yesterday. Haha, yup, I live in the future for most of you :P
It was a pretty good day. I got up, had a shower, then left for Mum's place. Got off the bus, and got drenched walking from the bus stop to Mum's, to the point that even though my hair is really short, it was literally dripping down on my face.
Got there, PRESENTS! Haha. I asked for chocolate . . . I got . . .
A lava-lamp from my sister (so cool, I've always wanted one but forgot . . . she remembered).
A set of Pebeo acrylics from my older brother (for those of you unfamiliar, these are basically the best and probably most expensive acrylics available in New Zealand).
Some sweet-tarts (looks like Wonka's version of fizzy lollies) from my younger brother.
A frog tin with frog lollies and some money from my Nana. (I like frogs. The lollies not so much, but I like frogs.)
And from Mum . . .
CONNECTOR PENS! A pack of 50 Faber Castell connector pens, exactly what I asked for. Also some lollies, a frog shot glass, a nail-art pen, 2x A4 sketch pads, a Playboy card wallet, a miniature wind-up penguin who hops (cute), and a half-box of Cadbury's Roses because I was like aw, I wanted chocolate. Lol.
Dad and Lyn gave me a painting (it's going on the lounge wall if Sam likes it too), some cash and some gummy lollies, and Nikki gave me a bottle of vanilla coke and a silly straw.
My grandparents gave me vouchers. They haven't got a visible stamp though so I don't know if they'll actually work so yeah, I got heeeeaps of stuff.
Oh and Sam (my flatmate) got me a box of Cadbury's Favourites and a kitkat block.
I went to Dad and Lyn's place for lunch, but I wasn't really hungry. Then the three of us and Jayden went down to my aunt Robin's house, where practically the entire paternal side of my family was (I just missed one group of cousins, but I don't talk to them much anyway). I spoke with my aunt Julie, who saw the scars on my arm (they're old and I'm too lazy to hide them) and said she doesn't want to hear about "any more of that shit" but also invited me to come and stay at their farm next time I'm feeling like that - they stay in Pirongia and train assistance puppies so that will be cool. I'll probably go and visit when I get my license back, I've been there once or twice before, it's nice.
Chatted to both of my grandparents, although separately, they were all over the place with all the family. Had a chat to Peter, and to Jenny, also briefly with Alan. And Andrew, and Josh, and briefly with both Ricky and Alex. Lots and lots of family, the bits of the family that I get on well with haha.
Then Dad dropped me back at Mum's, where I had dinner, although I didn't really have much because I have not much appetite at the moment. For dessert I had a meringue, only I didn't realise it was about the size of the palm of my hand, so quite a large meringue. I felt so full.
Then Mum to photos (she likes to take photos on Christmas, because she says, "it's the only time I can get all four of you together!) and I don't look too bad in them, my flabby extra chin isn't overly obvious so I can live with them. Then we had a cup of tea, and Mum dropped me home, where I realised I had a splitting headache so I pretty much went straight to bed.
Woke up this morning, feeling good, not too sleepy, not too tired, and my lava-lamp is warming up so I can watch it later.
Good times.
I hope everybody else had an enjoyable christmas too.
