I did not sleep at all last night. Maybe 30 - 45 minutes around 7, but pretty much not at all. It was the heat. It was a consistent 22 degrees ALL night (celsius, this is), with about 80% humidity. My brain and my body just went, nope, we're not complying.

As a result I've spent most of today in a barely-awake haze. I'm so completely exhausted. Leisa said I wasn't to have an afternoon nap because then I wouldn't sleep tonight, and I was sorely tempted, especially as my flatmate had an afternoon nap.

Christmas present progress: I got Nikki's today, so I just need Sam (my flatmate's) and Jayden's. (Nikki's brother.) Our benefits go in early due to Christmas, so I'll be going to Sylvia Park on my own on Saturday to get those two. Jayden gets a toy car or truck, Sam gets some playboy bunny socks and random lollies.

I'm also not overly bothered about my tobacco situation (lacking) as it will be remedied on Saturday.

I had subway for breakfast. OMFGNOM. I was so hungry (from being awake all night) and it was sooooo gooooood. And then I got my groceries. Because we now have a working freezer (insert happy dance) I got some stuff to cook properly. Namely, chicken, onions, and garlic - I already have frozen vegetables. I'll be continuing to add to my "cook proper food" list over the next few weeks with condimenty things.

I've sneezed a lot today. Apparently the pollen count is high so it's just hayfever. Lame.

So so tired.

Urgh heat. I totally know what you mean. I can't sleep either if it is to hot. I hope you got some decent sleep last night though.

Good luck with the cooking and shoping!
