So yeah, last night. I went for a walk balanced (apparently precariously) on the top of the median barrier on the motorway. Fucking. Awesome. It was a kick, to say the least. And then the cops came, as I knew they would. And I got in trouble for laughing and not taking it seriously - gosh I was having a great time - and then I got arrested for disorderly behaviour, at which point I was quieter, but continued to grin cos I felt good.

Back to the station, processed etcetera, get told I have to be seen by DAO but that they won't be long. So I sit around waiting. A while later, this lady I hadn't seen before turns up. She was a crisis nurse named Jill. She talked to me briefly in the cell, and then said she needed to get the doctor in, just to be sure. So I went back to waiting. And a while later the doctor turned up. He reckons I'm going high (no shit) and to up my quetiapine to 600mg a night until advised otherwise. He also muttered about zopiclone and lorazepam but so far as I know nothing's happening there. By the time we were done, it was 4am. By the time crisis left, it was 5am. And by the time I was released on bail (charged with endangers life/safety/health by criminal nuisance), it was just after 6am, and I hadn't slept, because I had thought I was going to be processed and bailed to go home quickly. So I had McDonald's for breakfast (yum), then caught a bus home - it was freezing! Then went to sleep for three hours before Leisa came over.

And I'm going to visit my flatmate in hospital in a couple of hours. BOOM, at least I'm not there!
