There has been a mass exodus of tape from the roll onto the backs of posters, leaping to the (brick) internal wall and affixing itself there, mostly square, except for maybe the atlas. Because regular sticky-tape didn't work. Blu-Tak fell off with genuine fear of commitment to the wall. So the big guns were called in, and double-sided sticky-tape has stood upon the podium for its victory against the painted brick wall. And the room is more colourful, and more personalised, as a result. The painting on the wooden or gibbed wall continues to be thumb-tacked in place, and refuses to leave its rather masochistic way of displaying itself behind.

And that is how home decorating works when you are stoned.

It's great, I've been blazed almost non-stop since Thursday afternoon. I can really stretch 1g. Reeeeeally stretch it. Probably in main to the fact that I never smoke joints - only ever in a pipe, or a bong, the bowls of which both require far less plant product than a joint would.

I also tidied my room, sort of. Because I hung the posters, my desk (the writing one, not the computer one) got cleared. So now I've got my art stuff beside it instead of on top of the large chest of drawers, meaning my pile of undies that I tried to clean last weekend can now sit on top of it instead of on a partially erected A-frame. So yes, my room looks inviting and clean at the moment. I probably should vacuum tomorrow, but I severely doubt that that will happen.

Heh, yeah.
