Because the negativity here - all aimed it me - is destroying my already lacklustre will to live.

I've found a place not far from here for $165 per week, and the move-in costs are around $700, meaning I should be able to get (repayable) financial assisstance from WINZ to help with the move. I've e-mailed the landlord/property manager to ask to arrange a viewing of the inside of the property and if that goes well, then I'll put everything in forward motion to get on out of here. I don't need a big place, I do need a cheap place, and this place fulfills both requirements. Also, it's literally walking distance from here, so I should be able to transport most of my stuff without too much hassle.

My Mum will end up about $60 out of pocket each week until she can figure out what to do with the pre-fab room but too bad. I'm being treated like shit here and I don't like it. I can't live with these people's negative attitudes so I'm moving out. I'll probably be pretty poor for a while - it's likely to be some time before I'll be able to afford to set up a phone line or the internet, but I can live without those things, and for desperate e-mail checking, there's always the library, which is relatively close to where this place is situated. Also, I have a cellphone for if anybody desperately needs to contact me, and for food - I've done the bread and noodles diet in the past, and it will do until I get my feet back under me.

I almost regret resigning from gymnastics now, but you can't un-make decisions. If something like that comes up on Wednesday when I go in to drop off my uniform, I will explain, although I was told that I could only volunteer so it's unlikely to help my financial situation. If I end up getting Invalid's benefit, then I shouldn't be too far out of pocket, especially if I set up automatic payments for bills.

It'll be so nice to have my own kitchen, my own bathroom, and my own toilet again. And so, SOOOO nice not to have people saying nasty stuff to me all the time. I think this is a good decision and that it will help me stay stable in the long run.

Also, if I eventually get a job, I'll be able to save, because $165 is nothing on a full-time wage. Although it is unlikely that I will work full time any time in the future. We'll see what comes of it. For now, I feel positive that I've decided to view that property and put these wheels in motion.
