I can't sleep. I'm too scared to sleep. It's hard to even describe what I'm afraid of. It's just this ominous feeling of bad things if I sleep. And it comes and goes and I thought I'd beaten it but it's back and I can't sleep and I'm so scared and this is gonna really fuck up the year for me if it continues.

I was just thinking about how scared I feel to fall asleep tonight. Then I went to the Recent Entries page and saw your blog post. Maybe you can think of happy scenarios before you fall asleep? That might help a little bit. You're not alone in this and I'm here if you need anything.

    Hey,

I totally feel you on this. There are times when I stay up until it's light out. I get this feeling and can't shake it but I feel safer during the day. It's especially worse when I'm alone.

The thing to remember is that it can pass. It seems like it passed for a certain amount of time in the past so it's likely to pass again.

Are you overly stressed or anything? I know the feeling increases for me when I'm upset/stressed.

sleep can be exciting.. it could be good dreams of things like dr. Who. its best to think happy thoughts before you sleep cause its likely to result in good sleep.
