You honestly, you can do this. You can keep going and you know what? You're bloody well worth it. Love yourself because you don't deserve this pain. And yes, its a cycle and yes you are going to have to break that and take steps that are going to be hard, but its about baby steps, okay? You don't have to do it all at once, its going to take time but if you keep at it, you can get there and you're life can be they way you want it, you can better.
