The outdoors can be the best way to get over any mental illness. The fresh air can clear your mind and if you are in the country it can make you feel free.

However as you maybe ill there are 2 very important things that you should remember before going

Firstly never go alone as if anything happens that could put you in danger. The wild can be dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing and as you could not understand the dangers go with someone that does.

Secondly, push yourself but don’t go to mad. Take your adventures one step at a time. There is a lot to learn and to see and to explore. The skills you need are quite challenging and to gain them takes practice.

If you don’t want to do an adventure go for a 30 min walk around where you live as that will make you feel better and you should enjoy every pace you make.

Enjoy your adventure and I hope you love every second of it….
