Holidays are the best as they can offer some well-earned rest when you are feeling a bit down. A few days away can really boost your mood if you are feeling down and you can see things that are truly unique if you go away on holiday. I went to America in the summer for example and for me the holiday helped me to get over the stresses and emotions of depression and life.

Make sure if you go on holiday that you go somewhere that you like because that will help you like it even more. You could somewhere with friends and family so that you have the best time possible and make you enjoy the trip.

Holidays can be really beneficial at the end of your illness as it can feel like a reward that you have got over the illness and can now return to normal life which is what you want before. Take lots of pictures also to remind of the great time that you had away on holiday so that you have the memories to look back on in the future. The holiday itself doesn’t have to be expensive but it needs to be something you are going to enjoy…

If you read this then decide to go on holiday then I wish you a wonderful holiday
