The circle of death is something that my councillor told me about a few weeks ago. In its most simple terms it is a circle that is split into 3 sections that I will explain.

The first is soul. This is YOUR soul and your mind. If you get depressed over the death of a loved one then this is the section that you will fall into. When they refer to the soul they are talking about how your mind copes, the types or emotion that you show and your will to go out and do things. This is mental health and how it should be affected when someone dies.

The second section is spirit – relation to god. This can be the most complicated section as it is the communication to the person who has died. If you hear voices in your head than this is the section that you will fall into. I am not going to write lots about this because religion is a very personal to you and offense can be easy to get so I don’t want to do that.

Body is your health which is in its most simple terms your health like how you eat, sleep what you do. Keeping this healthy is very important but it is something I have said a lot about.

One of the most important things to know is that you need to go through each section to fully mourn a person and it is healthy to have little problems in each section but it is important not to let them get out of hand.
