Music can really help. Listening to your favourite music is one of the biggest pieces of advice that I can give. Everyone should be able to have some on a phone or iPod etc…

Live music in my view is one of the best because the crowd can cheer you on and you can sing along ( not in public ) and as out of tune as you like. No one cares as long as you are ok and you are having fun.

You can always have music on quietly when out and it is safe to do so as that can sometimes make you feel a lot safer then without the music.

I always listen to pop music as it is upbeat and can make you sing out of tune as much as you like.

You can always research on the internet for the best music so you can always be up to date

Music is the best distraction available in my mind for you to use.
