Telling work or school is a brave move in my view to make. It can come with a lot of consequences for you and may have issues. Before you tell your work or school think about the job itself. Some jobs you could be asked to leave for safety reasons if you say but the positives can mean you get time off if your employer is nice. By law they will have to make changes to suit you and ensure that you can work in a safe environment. Remember who you say is up to you.

If you want to you can only say to your boss and they can keep it quiet to suit you.

Remember it is up to you.

Work should be a positive thing and try to use it to an advantage and a reason to keep going on with life as it may really help you to get up and help you to recover from your illness.

In my view it depends on your job or what you want to do if you say but remember some employers don’t like it and safety of others has to be included. It could be a great decision for you to make
