Ugh

I had quite a good day today, went out ( :O ).
The weird thing is, the better day I have, the more down I feel at night. So if I have a really good or bad day, I end up cutting at night, but not on a mediocre day.
Meh, what can you do?

In a way I find myself feeling bad at night too, especially on the days when I have a great day. For me, it's because all the hype from the day is sort of becoming over and you have time to dwell, and everything sort of returns to as it was. So almost a letdown because it's over. I don't know if it's the same for you, but maybe that's it? I could be entirely wrong though so I'm sorry if I am!
I'm sure you have seen the alternatives thread here but I just want to say we are here for you if you need it.
And I'm glad your day was mostly good at least.Posted December 21st 2013 at 01:30 AM by ¯|_(ツ)_|¯ -
