So nice of you to drop by, thank you so much for doing so! In case you don't happen to know who I am, my name is Mark. I'm a 23-year old who's currently building a life that I want to enjoy for the long term. This blog is designed for young adults who seek guidance and clarity on the problems that life often throws at us. What you will gain from reading my blog entries is the wisdom that I've learned along the way that has helped me create and live a better life. You can absolutely do the same. If you happen to read some of my oldest entries, you will notice how I've changed along the way compared to now.

I want to remind you that we all go through challenges and obstacles. We can't go back and change what happened. All we can do is our best at the end of the day and learn from experience so we don't end up repeating the same mistakes.

If you ever want to message me about anything, feel free to PM me and I will answer back as soon as possible.

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a great day wherever you are in whatever time zone you are in!

The past will always come back to haunt you
if you choose to focus on it and never let it go.

I understand how you’re feeling.

You’ve been wronged in the past too many times,
but here’s something to think about:

Do you honestly think those people who wronged you
are even thinking about you?

Chances are most likely not.

So why spend so much time thinking about that
person, those people who wronged you?

By holding on to the past, you are only putting
yourself through endless suffering.

I’m not saying you’ll forget it because the truth is
you won’t forget it, but it doesn’t have to affect
what you do from here on out.

Do what you need to do, but realize that whatever
it is that’s bothering you at this moment right now, do
yourself a favor and let it go.

Letting go is not a sign of weakness.

You’re not letting go because you’re doing it for someone.

You’re letting go because you’re doing this for you.

You’re allowing yourself to come to terms with what is,
and you’re choosing to liberate yourself from it.

Love and respect yourself enough to let go.

Set yourself free.

If you never set yourself free from the past,
you will always be blocking yourself from truly living.
