So nice of you to drop by, thank you so much for doing so! In case you don't happen to know who I am, my name is Mark. I'm a 23-year old who's currently building a life that I want to enjoy for the long term. This blog is designed for young adults who seek guidance and clarity on the problems that life often throws at us. What you will gain from reading my blog entries is the wisdom that I've learned along the way that has helped me create and live a better life. You can absolutely do the same. If you happen to read some of my oldest entries, you will notice how I've changed along the way compared to now.

I want to remind you that we all go through challenges and obstacles. We can't go back and change what happened. All we can do is our best at the end of the day and learn from experience so we don't end up repeating the same mistakes.

If you ever want to message me about anything, feel free to PM me and I will answer back as soon as possible.

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a great day wherever you are in whatever time zone you are in!

While the first week with her went by really great, things started to go sour all of a sudden...

During one of the days on the second week at school, I saw Anne really sad, and I confronted her about it. She told me she was homesick, and later on that day, she mentioned that she had recently broke up with a boyfriend due to some misunderstandings with the guy's family. I felt really sorry for her. I had never seen anyone this sad and alone on their own. So, I made a promise to her that I'll be there for her no matter what. However, while she had said thanks, things started to change between us...

She wasn't hanging out with me like she used to back during the first week of school. Most shocking of all was the fact that she was avoiding me and ignoring me. So many times I tried to comfort her and ask her what was wrong, but she wouldn't tell me what was bothering her. One day, she even snapped at me and told me the exact words "I'm fine!" and left me looking like a total jerk. That day, I felt like a total idiot, and felt like the most annoying person in the school.

So what did I do? I did what most teenagers would do in situations like this: panic. I consulted my close friends, and I explained the situation to them. They ended up just telling me to leave her alone for a few days, and give her some space. So, I did, but after a few days of leaving Anne alone, nothing improved... (Continued in Part III)
