Taking good care of yourself is important when you feel in a very bad way. There may be times when feeling down is normal and you need to learn (sometimes in hard ways) to cope with these.
The most important thing to remember is that this isn’t the end of the world. You have to learn (sometimes in hard ways) to cope with these.
The most important thing to remember is that this isn’t the end of the world. Keeping a positive mind is one of the first most important things to remember when treating an illness like this. Saying “I’m going to die” is going to make things worse but saying “I know this isn’t forever” will make you feel better in the long run.
Another factor of taking good care of yourself is you sleeping and eating habits. Normal routines should be tried to keep in place however hard this may be. Trying to sleep for even 7 hours a night will make a massive difference to you.
Eating anything during depression is vital even if it is snacks. They will make you feel better and give you energy that you need to get over your illness.
Just remember if anything at all positive equals better negative equals worse

I completely agree ^^ Something which helps me feel better whenever I'm having a bad day is to just take a second, look around me and realize that I am a tiny part of this huge world, that there are endless possibilities. And, although I would never actually do this, when I'm walking down the street I take comfort in the knowledge that I could choose to run away right this second from everything around me, take a train and go far away. It makes me feel in control and makes me realize that I have a choice and that I choose to push through my life every day.
