Hey there!
Seeing a psychologist isn't that scary. They are nonjudgmental on what you tell them and are there to help you. If you are going for a consultation or evaluation to starting therapy the questions they ask you are a bit personal, but you do not really have to tell them anything that makes you uncomfortable. Though it is beneficial to tell them as they are only trying to get your background to help the best they can.
It's not as scary as you think, but I understand because I was terrified the first time I saw a psychologist.
I wish you the best with your appointment! Shoot me a message if you have any questions or just need someone to talk to about it.Posted November 25th 2014 at 04:10 PM by obelus -
