I've been trying to get this work done all day. I just can't concentrate. I've done the organising. The little things but I just can't sit down and work. My head just won't let me. I sit and write but it's crap. It's not good enough. All I can see is these horrible pictures. Urges, Just ergh feel pathetic. I'll get this done. I have to get this done. It was in for Friday.
I honestly don't see the point. I just mess everything up. I'm not good enough.

I understand how you're feeling lovely, but...you ARE good enough. Maybe take a break from the work for now. Do something that you enjoy. Maybe get out of the house for a little bit and then when you're feeling a bit better come back and try to work some more. Just take things one step at a time. You can do this.
