Emma my gorgeous girly, I wish I could make everything better for you. I know it's hard right now but you can beat this. You are you. You're the only one in control of your actions and you are your responsibility. We can all be here for you, which we are but you're the one who has to fight this because no one else can do it for you.
My phone is on and I am barely sleeping right now so you can text me or ring me any time day or night. I'm not letting you go. You ARE worth to much and I know you can make it through this if you keep putting in the effort. If all those other people in the world who have been suicidal and gotten through depression have, then so can you. I believe in you.
Don't stop. Don't give up. You can do this and I know you can, I just do. So keep going and don't let go of hope.
